What a whirlwind of a week we've had. We have power again - hopefully this time for good. I just can't take this whole no power for 5 days, on for one, then off again, and now on again. At least we're in the "on" stage now. That at least makes me very happy.
So I guess life is slowly but surely returning to normal. We're still down to one car because mine is in the shop, but at least they think they figured out what is wrong with it (the fuse box - go figure) and can now fix it. It's the lovely holiday season so we've already been inundated with events and parties. We had one Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and today with others scheduled for Saturday and next Friday. At least it's free food and booze. :) So far they've all been pretty fun.
Now that we have power again, we're just trying to enjoy it (before we lose it again) - we've done a zillion loads of laundry and dishes, set up the Christmas tree and actually slept last night without a hat. :) When I get over the being angry about not having power, I'll have to blog about all the funny things that you notice and/or do without power.
